This event will feature St. Louis ribs, baby back ribs, a ground buffalo ancillary with 5 pounds provided for People’s Choice, and a free kids grilled cheese contest. Guests can also enjoy a beer garden, and People’s Choice plates for $10. A booth special is also available with ribs and wings for $25 each, or both for $75.
