Eligibility & Qualification
Championship Entry Requirements
• Open to Rib Cookoff Association cooks who:
o Won an RCOA contest in 2025, OR
o Were drawn in the official 2025 RCOA World Championship lottery

• Must be a current RCOA member in good standing
• Eligible regions:
o United States
o New Zealand
o Europe

Overall Rib Cookoff Contest Prizes
• 18 Championship Buckles
• 80 Trophies
• $40,000+ in total prize money

Only qualified cooks may compete in the Rib Cookoff Association World Championship.

• Move-In: 6:00 AM
• Check-In: 8:00 AM
• Cooks Meeting: 3:00 PM
• Judges Meeting: 5:00 PM
• Steak Turn-In: 6:00 – 6:30 PM
• Rib Turn-In: 7:00 – 7:30 PM
• No Friday awards
• Potluck for teams

• RV Spots: $40 per night
• One team per RV spot
• Teams may share spots; each team must pay the full RV fee
• Teams receive:
o RV Spots Pass will be provided at check in
o Arena parking is free
