Rib A — St. Louis Spares: $125
Rib B — St. Louis Spares: $125
Wings: $50
Cooks must enter both rib categories and wings to be eligible for the Grand Champion Award.
Payouts
Rib A and Rib B:
80% payout to each of the top 10 placements.
Wings:
80% payout to each of the top 4 placements.
Contest Timeline
Cook’s Meeting: 9:00 a.m.
Judge’s Meeting: 12:00 p.m.
Wing Turn-In: 1:00–1:30 p.m.
Rib A Turn-In: 2:00–2:30 p.m.
Rib B Turn-In: 3:00–3:30 p.m.
Awards: 4:00 p.m.
Contest Information
Trailers and RVs are welcome.
No water is available.
Electricity is limited to 20 spots.
No meat inspection.
