The Rib Cookoff Association is headed to New Lenox, Illinois, on July 4, 2026, for the 9th Annual Sons of the American Legion Rib Cookoff at Sons of the American Legion Squadron 1977, located at 14414 Ford Drive, New Lenox, IL 60451.
This event will feature spares, baby back ribs, and chicken wings, with all proceeds benefiting veterans and community efforts. Teams are welcome to bring trailers. There will be no electricity and no meat inspection.
