The Byhalia BBQ Showdown is coming to 120 Lowry Drive, Byhalia, Mississippi 38611, on November 14, 2026.
This double-rib competition features Baby Back Ribs and St. Louis-style Spare Ribs, with a $100 entry fee per category. Each rib category pays $800 for first place, $500 for second, and $300 for third, with medals awarded through 10th place.
Move-in begins at 6:30 AM, followed by the cooks meeting at 9:00 AM, judging meetings and turn-ins throughout the afternoon, and awards at 4:30 PM. Trailers are welcome, but electricity will not be available.
The event benefits Faith & Fires Ministry and is presented with support from Sweet Swine O’ Mine Distributing and the Rib Cookoff Association. Sign-up and rules are available at www.ribcookoffassociation.com.
