Ribs: $125 each category
Blue & Gold Sausage: $25 (sausage provided)
Kids Q: $25
Ribeye Steak: Bring your own

7:00 AM: Move in
9:00 AM: Cooks meeting
12:00 PM: Judges meeting
1:00-1:30 PM: Ancillary B&G turn in
2:00-2:30 PM: Kids Q steak turn in
3:00-3:30 PM: Rib A St. Louis turn in
4:00-4:30 PM: Rib B Baby Back turn in
5:00 PM: Awards

1st: $1000 + Trophy
2nd: $500 + Trophy
3rd: $300 + Trophy
4th: $200 + Trophy
5th: $100 + Trophy
6th-10th: $50 + Trophy

Ancillary (B&G Sausage Provided):

2nd: $100 + Trophy
3rd: $50 + Trophy

Kids Q Ribeye:

Special Notes:

Participants must enter both ribs and Blue & Gold to qualify for the GC Longhorn Trophy and cash prize.
Trailers are welcome, but no electricity will be provided.
