• Ribs (A, B & C): $125 each or $325 for all three

• 2nd – $400
• 3rd – $300
• 4th – $200
• 5th – $100
• 6th–10th – $50
• Plus trophies
Double Wing Ancillary:
• 1st – $100 + Trophy
• 2nd – $75 + Trophy
• 3rd – $50 + Trophy
• 4th – $25 + Trophy
• 5th – Trophy
Grand Champion Eligibility
• Rib A: Baby Back
• Rib B & C: Spares (St. Louis)
• You must enter all Ribs A, B & C to qualify for Grand Champion.

o Cooks: bring a favorite pot of chili to share—promotor will provide condiments, bowls & spoons.

• 11:30 AM–12:00 PM – Rib A (Baby Backs) Turn-In
