The Rib Cook Off Association is a growing community built by cooks, for cooks, with a mission to make competitive BBQ more accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone. Founded by experienced pitmasters, the organization brings together barbecue enthusiasts of all skill levels to compete, connect, and celebrate the art of cooking ribs.

With years of experience across major BBQ circuits, the founders created a platform where both seasoned competitors and first-time cooks can showcase their skills in a supportive and exciting environment. The goal is simple: provide fair, affordable, and fun competitions while helping grow the sport of BBQ worldwide.
