The Rib Cookoff Association World Championship brings together the best cooks from across the globe for an elite, high-stakes competition celebrating skill, flavor, and community.

Eligibility & Qualification
Championship Entry Requirements
• Open to Rib Cookoff Association cooks who:
o Won an RCOA contest in 2025, OR
o Were drawn in the official 2025 RCOA World Championship lottery

• Must be a current RCOA member in good standing
• Eligible regions:
o United States
o New Zealand
o Europe

Overall Rib Cookoff Contest Prizes
• 18 Championship Buckles
• 80 Trophies
• $40,000+ in total prize money

Only qualified cooks may compete in the Rib Cookoff Association World Championship.

• Steak Turn-In: 6:00 – 6:30 PM
