🔥 Rolling Smoke at the Pawnee County Fair is coming in hot! 🔥
The Rib Cookoff Association is headed to Larned, Kansas for the Pawnee County Fair Rolling Smoke Rib Cookoff on July 25, 2026, and this is going to be a fun one.
Bring the smoke, bring the flavor, and bring the family because this contest will feature ribs, steak, and KidQ Meat Kabobs. Whether you are a seasoned pitmaster or jumping into the fun for the first time, this is a great chance to cook, compete, and be part of the BBQ community.
Rib A - Baby Back Ribs
Rib B - Spare Ribs

✅ Entry Fees:
Ribs: $150 per entry
Steak: $50
KidQ: $25
🏆 Trophies will be awarded and all trailers are welcome. Please note there will be no electricity, meat is not provided, and there will be no meat inspection.
🔥 Big Bonus:
If this contest reaches 30 rib teams, it will become a Memphis in May Qualifier!
