Main Street Smok’in on the Rails is bringing the Train-Town BBQ Showdown to Chaffee, Missouri on August 21–22, 2026. Hosted at Smokin Brothers, 114 N Main Street, Chaffee, MO 63740, this BBQ competition features baby back ribs, St. Louis style ribs, and wings, with competitors eligible for the Overall Grand Championship by entering all categories.
