DETAILS
Double St. Louis Cut Rib (bring your own ribs) categories plus a BYO Ribeye ancillary competition. Trailers are welcome, and the competitor with the most points wins the state title and trophy.

12:00–12:30 PM: BYO ribeye steak turn-in
1:00–1:30 PM: Rib A turn-in
2:00–2:30 PM: Rib B turn-in
