Rib Dry - $125, Rib Wet - $125, Smokin' Butt Dinner plate - $10, Both Ribs and Dinner Plate - $160, Both Dry and Wet Ribs - $250

DETAILS

Entry Fees: St. Louis Style Ribs only for $125 per entry. (Wet Ribs and Dry Ribs)

Payouts: 75% of all entry fees will be paid to the Top 10 in both contests.

Timeline:
7:00 AM: Move In
9:00 AM: Cooks Meeting
11:30 AM-12:30 PM: Judges Registration
1:00 PM: Dry Rib A Turn In
2:00 PM: Wet Rib B Turn In
4:00 PM (or earlier): Awards Ceremony

Charity Dinner: Smokin' Butt Dinner for charity at 4 PM until gone, $10 per plate, plus a rib auction.

Electricity: No electricity provided; trailers are welcome.
