Contest Details:
Each contestant is allowed to cook only one rack of ribs.
Only 40 teams can participate due to limited space.
Schedule:
Contestants can move in anytime on October 31.
Cooks' meeting at 6:00 PM.
Judges' meeting at 6:30 PM.
Turn-in time from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Entry Fee: $125 for spare ribs.
Payout: 90% of entry fees.
Additional Event Info:
Participants are encouraged to bring candy for the kids.
A costume party will take place at the awards ceremony.
Beneficiary: Meals on Wheels
Facilities: No electricity provided, but trailers are welcome.
